What we collect

Information you give us through our forms: your name, email address, organisation, country, telephone number where you choose to provide it, the nature of your enquiry, and any documents you upload with an application or access request.

This website uses privacy-preserving, cookieless analytics (Umami). We do not set advertising or tracking cookies and we never send the contents of a form to analytics.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry, application or access request; to assess and administer partnerships, applications and controlled-document access; to send the updates you subscribe to; and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

Consent and your rights

Every form asks for your consent before we process what you submit. You may withdraw consent, ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to its use by emailing us. We respond within two working days and act on requests as the Act requires.

Sharing and retention

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run this website and our email, under contract, and where the law requires. We keep it for as long as needed to handle your request and meet our obligations, then delete it.

Security

Submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in access-controlled systems. Controlled documents are released only through time-boxed links after approval.
