For regulated geological, engineering, environmental, legal and financial services, CMG coordinates, supports or mobilises appropriately qualified professionals unless a qualified CMG professional is formally responsible for the work.
Where our responsibility ends
CMG leads project preparation, coordination and institutional support. Geological, engineering, environmental, legal and financial opinions are delivered or reviewed by appropriately qualified professionals under clear terms of reference.
Technical site visits and industry engagement
CMG coordinates technical site visits, investor missions and industry engagements that help partners, investors and institutions understand Uganda’s minerals sector at first hand.
All site visits are subject to prior approval from the relevant licence holder or site operator, applicable government and site-access requirements, and site-specific induction, risk controls and appropriate protective equipment. CMG does not facilitate unauthorised entry into mining, exploration or mineral-processing sites.
